Looking for new and innovative dishes with the finest quality, Nautical Cruise Lines searched far and wide for the perfect fit. In August 2006, the search ended with the ideal addition to our team. Executive Chef Art Gustafson joined our nautical family and took the kitchen by storm.

Chef Gustafson comes with an extensive history in the catering industry and with this expertise, brought with him a wide variety of cuisine specialties to tempt any palette. He has worked at some of Long Islandís most upscale restaurants with the goal of making them even better and succeeded. He then took his talents and opened up his own restaurants in the Long Island area.

Chef Gustafson will be participating in several upcoming Culinary Competitions in the near future. However, each day at Nautical Cruise Lines proves to be a Culinary Competition as Chef Gustafson puts his vast culinary imagination to work.
