Dear Mr. Rossi, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. McCormick:
The Missionary Ministry of Hollywood Baptist Church would like to thank your outstanding ship’s crew for rendering superior service during our four hour boatride on Saturday, July 24, 2004. We applaud a job well done. Your crew saw to our every need and accommodated each request with willingness and a smaile.
Your head waiter, Maura, was most thorough as she checked the names of our guests before they boarded the ship. She rechecked the names on her list aginast ours with two of the committee members who stood with her at the bottom of the ramp. Roll call went smoothly. Maura was doubly concerned that all of our children were accounted for to insure their safety.
Suzanne, who has the poise and carriage of a model was helpful when one of the committee members asked for a tray to carry several drinks at one time to serve our guests at their tables. She also gave us pitchers of drinks to serve, which added a personal touch. Cassandra was pleasant as we came to her many times to rfill our pitchers on the upper level.
Your other ship’s mates: Joe, Margaret, Ed, Robert A. Robert H., and Evan, were exceptional too. When we needed more chairs for the upper level, since our guests preferred that area, we had them. They helped piour drinks at the tables and assisted in other ways. There were so many instances where your employees helped, we just cn’t name all of them!
Our Pastor, Rev. Lewter, remarked during his comments in church on Sunday, the day after the boatride, that we were fed from the time we boarded the ship until we returned. Everyone gave glowing compliments about the delicious food and especially the cake.
Many thanks to Connie, in your office for working with us and extending our deadlines. Thank you again for your royal treatment. We plan to see you next year for our third annual boat ride.
